Scope of Services
Pure Ops provides commercial cleaning services as defined in each client's documented scope of work. Specific tasks, frequencies, and standards are agreed upon prior to the commencement of service.
Quotes & Proposals
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted following an on-site assessment. A finalized agreement governs the delivery of ongoing services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide safe access to facilities and reasonable notice of schedule changes. Both parties commit to clear, timely communication.
Limitation of Liability
Pure Ops performs services with professional care. Our liability is limited to the re-performance of services that do not meet the agreed standard.
